For the first time, Profibus South East Asia, the regional association for the industrial network, had the opportunity to show offtechnology and developments at an exhibition in Vietnam.
The PIA Vietnam 2008 (The Processing Instrumentation and Analysis & Lab Vietnam 2008), held in Ho Chi Minh City, March 5-8, also marked the first event of the year for Profibus SEA.
As well as the exhibition booth, presentations by Profibus members during a special half-day seminar allowed visitors to gain deeper knowledge on the technology and the benefits it can provide in today’s industrial plants. Topics included: Open Solutions for the World of Automation; Profinet; Intelligent Asset Management.
