OPC Training Institute Delivers Customized Honeywell Experion PKS User Training Course

-- Business & Technology News, 2 July 2009

The OPC Training Institute has announced that it will develop customized OPC training for Honeywell based on Experion PKS. This course is intended for Honeywell engineers, end-users, EPC contractors, and system integrators. OPC says it will equip them with an understanding of OPC technology and planning, designing and implementing secure and reliable OPC interface to Experion PKS Systems. This course will be delivered at Honeywell’s Automation College locations globally.
Honeywell's Automation College is a global training infrastructure providing courses that are designed to help plant operators, maintenance technicians, engineers and managers become more productive and proactive while delivering greater value to their organization.
"OPCTI will customize the training for Honeywell’s Automation College around Experion’s OPC products,” says Randy Kondor, OPCTI’s President. “Our training will enable Honeywell’s staff to further enhance their own innovative solutions using Experion PKS to meet the needs of Honeywell customers worldwide.”
