Axiomtek Releases SBC84833 Embedded Board with Atom Processor

Axiomtek’s low-power SBC84833 is a small footprint single board computer that is configured with the Intel Atom processor N270 at 1.60 GHz, FSB 533 MHz and the Mobile Intel 945GSE Express chipset with the ICH7M.The 3.5-inch embedded platform SBC84833 includes the Mobile Intel 945GSE Express chipset with Generation 3.5 Intel Integrated Graphics Engine, and the Intel GMA 950. Moreover, it supports CRT (2048 x 1536) and LVDS LCD (1600 x 1200) dual-view displays, and delivers high-bandwidth expansion capability with one MiniPCI Express for custom system configurations. This Intel Atom-based SBC features DDR2 memory up to 2GB and adopts mainstream mini PCI express for expansion interface. Measuring 102 x 146 mm, the SBC84833 3.5” embedded platform comes with connectivity and expansion interfaces including four powered COM ports (3 x RS-232 & 1 x RS-232/422/485), seven USB 2.0 ports, Mini PCI Express expansion slot, one Gigabit LAN port, two SATA-150 ports, one CompactFlash Type-II socket, PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports, HD Codec audio, and Digital I/O (3 channel in and 5 channel out).The highly integrated Realtek RTL8111DL 10/100/1000 Ethernet controller features remote wake-up function. A watchdog timer is included to keep system running smoothly.Moreover, the system only requires +12V DC input.
